  • Department Hours: Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 7:00pm, Saturday: 9:00am - 6:00pm, and Sunday: 10:00am - 6:00pm

What You'll Do

  • Help clients find the BMW that best fits their lifestyle and needs
  • Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up
  • Conduct product presentations, answer customer questions, and provide accurate vehicle information.
  • Create new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting
  • Become a trusted BMW product expert
  • Deliver a premium purchase experience from first contact through vehicle delivery
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals while contributing to a high-performing team

What You'll Bring

Total Rewards

The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $48,200 - $158,700.

This is a performance-driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission on individual payable gross, and bonuses based on individual units sold, and manufacturer approvability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
