Operate a lean business-incubation pod to rapidly turn concepts into live tests. Own logistics, field execution, partner outreach, and travel. Track multiple pilots, build basic financial models, document customer conversations and pilot results, and enable fast decisions on scaling or killing ideas. Work independently with direction from the team lead.

Lead vision, strategy, and roadmap for enablement/product area; write requirements, prioritize backlog, partner with engineering/design, run experiments, measure post-launch impact, and align stakeholders to improve supply onboarding, upskilling, and performance.

Own and grow strategic hotel supply and third-party inventory partnerships by managing API integrations, optimizing supply strategies, defining KPIs, analyzing performance and market trends, negotiating complex deals, ensuring SLAs, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive availability, pricing, and revenue growth.

Lead analytics for high-profile global experiences: design and analyze experiments, evaluate channel and audience performance, recommend actions to leadership, and collaborate cross-functionally to operationalize scalable measurement and reporting.

Implement and manage data ingestion, enrichment, and integration for go-to-market teams. Clean and combine structured and unstructured sources, build automations and lightweight tools, integrate Clay outputs with the data warehouse, and partner with vertical stakeholders to create unified, actionable contact and lead views.
