Operate a lean business-incubation pod to rapidly turn concepts into live tests. Own logistics, field execution, partner outreach, and travel. Track multiple pilots, build basic financial models, document customer conversations and pilot results, and enable fast decisions on scaling or killing ideas. Work independently with direction from the team lead.

Support a high-impact policy communications team by coordinating cross-team calendars and projects, organizing media coverage and reports, drafting communication plans and materials, leading multi-region campaigns, and advising regional managers to ensure clear upward and lateral communication.

Design, deliver, and evaluate global enablement programs for services teams. Build onboarding, upskilling, and content (eLearning, playbooks, videos) while partnering cross-functionally to drive adoption, support product launches, and apply AI-enabled tools to reinforce sales behaviors.
