Manage and grow a team of Technical Program Managers, drive deployment of capital-project software tools, standardize project development and execution, and partner with finance and business development on capital allocation and project economics.

Design, implement, and validate autonomy software for mining vehicles including perception, localization, mapping, motion planning, and control. Integrate and calibrate LiDAR, camera, radar, IMU/GNSS sensors; build embedded real-time software; develop simulation and data pipelines; and lead bench, rig, and field validation while collaborating with hardware and controls teams.

The Hydrometallurgical Process Engineer will lead the development of hydrometallurgical refining processes and manage equipment scopes from concept to execution, optimizing mineral extraction and collaborating with various teams for integration with software and automation.
