Own customer network deployments from signed contract through go-live. Lead network design and planning, coordinate customers and internal teams, manage risks and timelines, and develop scalable deployment standards, tools, workflows, and playbooks. Analyze deployment data to identify improvements and partner with Product and Engineering on platform changes. Success includes faster deployments, reliable on-time delivery, strong customer satisfaction, and consistent handoffs to Customer Success and Support.

Own Meter’s wireless product line end-to-end across hardware, firmware, software, and cloud management. Define the wireless roadmap, build a proactive observability platform, and deliver optimization features such as automatic channel and power management, roaming, client steering, and interference mitigation. Partner with wireless engineering, support, sales engineering, marketing, and operations to translate customer needs into specifications, documentation, and revenue opportunities in radio resource management, localization, and IoT.

Partner with go-to-market leaders and individual contributors to build high-performing teams, improve organizational clarity and accountability, coach managers, and resolve employee issues. Advise on hiring, promotions, compensation, territory design, team structure, and performance management. As the first People Partner, establish scalable practices, prioritize support across a distributed US and EMEA organization, and travel occasionally for offsites, conferences, partner events, and critical business moments.
