Use MRP and advanced planning tools to improve visibility, inventory health, and planning accuracy while driving continuous improvement.

Lead the Operational Excellence Office to translate strategy into a prioritized portfolio of transformation initiatives. Drive Lean/Kaizen continuous improvement, process redesign, enterprise systems and automation adoption, and benefit-tracking to improve productivity, operating margin, working capital, and customer experience across manufacturing, supply chain, and cross-functional operations.

Lead product quality ownership for robotics, embedding quality controls in design, validating tests, and auditing suppliers while driving reliability improvements.
