Senior Program Manager responsible for developing and improving internal processes, workflows, and operational tools supporting Sales Operations and R&D. Supports FP&A for the Service business through budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, performance reporting, profitability analysis, pricing decisions, cost management, cash flow planning, and investment business cases. Partners with Service leadership, Operations, and Accounting to explain results, improve margins, strengthen reporting processes, and guide resource allocation and growth decisions.
