Manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment, communicate extensively with clients, and produce accurate, polished legal documents. The role requires strong writing and proofreading skills, experience with petitions such as H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, O-1, PERM, I-140, EB-1, and adjustment of status, and a stable work history.

Provides high-level executive support to a CEO leading a legal service firm and software company. Responsibilities include managing sensitive and urgent communications, researching opportunities, making decisions, coordinating travel, negotiating terms, preparing marketing or training materials, and using technology to improve efficiency. The role requires strong judgment, emotional intelligence, resourcefulness, composure, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Supports global immigration cases by preparing and coordinating visa applications, researching immigration procedures, drafting application letters and forms, entering case data, uploading documents, preparing billing intake forms, and assisting with projects and reports. The role requires accuracy, organization, multitasking, strong communication, customer service, English fluency, and a bachelor's degree.
