Support customers in translating identity and fraud challenges into Persona solutions. Responsibilities include participating in implementations and business reviews, translating goals into product recommendations and deployment plans, coordinating requirements and testing, analyzing customer performance, and recommending workflow improvements. The role partners with account teams, Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering, Design, and Fraud while developing technical, consulting, and customer leadership skills.

Lead research into identity verification and fraud prevention, including detecting manipulated documents, AI-generated images, and emerging attacks. Design rigorous experiments, evaluate model performance across populations, analyze noisy and limited-label data, calibrate confidence, and identify meaningful fraud signals. Partner with machine learning and engineering teams to productionize research prototypes and publish findings at leading conferences.

Conduct research on identity verification and fraud prevention, including detecting manipulated documents, AI-generated images, and emerging attacks. Evaluate model performance across populations, identify fraud signals, calibrate confidence, and measure events with limited labeled data. Partner with machine learning and engineering teams to productionize research, publish findings, and communicate experimental results. Expertise may focus on computer vision, mathematics and statistics, or identity and fraud prevention.

Provide commercial legal support including drafting and negotiating vendor, sales, and NDA agreements; maintain form agreements; advise sales and post-sales teams on customer issues; support non-commercial matters and internal policy drafting.

Develop Persona’s brand voice and narratives across websites, campaigns, product launches, events, video, social, recruiting, and internal communications. Translate complex topics such as identity, fraud, compliance, and security into accessible writing. Partner with designers, marketing, GTM, product marketing, executives, and cross-functional teams from concept through execution. Establish brand writing standards, provide feedback, and independently manage multiple projects.

Owns post-sales customer operations by designing lifecycle processes, customer engagement systems, reporting, playbooks, automation, and scalable workflows. Partners with Post-Sales leadership and cross-functional teams to improve customer outcomes, renewals, expansions, adoption, and churn management. Evaluates go-to-market tools, supports onboarding and enablement, coordinates strategic initiatives, and uses data to guide operational improvements.

Lead Post-Sales operations to scale Customer Success: design lifecycle processes, implement tools and playbooks, build reporting and automation, manage cross-functional initiatives, and support onboarding and enablement to drive adoption, retention, and growth.

Lead design and deliver Persona’s marketing website and consumer-facing digital experiences. Drive redesign from strategy through implementation, collaborate with engineering and marketing, build and steward design systems, prototype with modern and AI tools, and shape the brand’s visual system while mentoring cross-functional teams and aligning executive stakeholders.

As a Solutions Engineer, you'll advise customers on implementing Persona's identity platform, managing technical projects and ensuring integration success with a focus on customer satisfaction.
