Build market maps and talent pipelines, engage passive candidates through recruiting platforms and technical communities, personalize outreach, assess candidate fit, track sourcing analytics, and improve recruiting tools and workflows. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers while establishing the company’s first dedicated technical sourcing function.

Design and own mechanical robotic subsystems from concept through prototyping, testing, iteration, and production. Responsibilities include CAD modeling, material and tolerance selection, design for manufacturability, hands-on prototype fabrication using 3D printing and CNC machining, and integration of motors, sensors, electronics, and actuators into robotic arms and mobile bases. The role requires close collaboration with hardware teams to develop reliable systems for data center operations.

Lead complex enterprise AI engagements from discovery through deployment, adoption, and expansion. Partner with C-suite stakeholders to define problems, build ROI-driven business cases, and create customer roadmaps. Own strategic and commercial outcomes while collaborating with forward-deployed engineers on technical delivery. Translate customer insights to product and engineering teams, and build repeatable deployment playbooks for a new Applied AI function.
