Partner with Product, Compliance, and Engineering teams to establish technical direction, improve operational excellence, reduce technical debt, and mentor engineers while supporting onboarding across Ripple’s products.

Own end-to-end derivative and hedge accounting across client portfolios, including documentation, effectiveness testing, journal entries, disclosures, valuation, and audit support under ASC 815 and IFRS 9. Manage complex hedging relationships, interpret FASB and IASB guidance, advise treasury and finance stakeholders, and improve accounting methodologies, templates, and technical guidance.

Lead a greenfield engineering team integrating Ripple’s digital asset capabilities with its enterprise Treasury platform.
