THE WORK:

We’re looking for a Product Manager to own Ripple's cross-border payment offering that enables global institutions to bridge stablecoins and fiat instantly.

This person will lead the roadmap driving the next phase of growth for our flagship payouts products. They will use the power of digital assets and blockchain to bridge traditional financial infrastructure. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Sales and Account Management, Risk/Fraud, Finance, Compliance, and Legal to build payment experiences that are customer-first, resilient, and built to scale.

The ideal candidate has deep payments expertise and a strong curiosity about digital assets. You're a problem solver; you work best when you're driving early stage solutions to achieve next-level scale. You'll excel working in a fast-past environment, and you are adept at and handling cross-functional initiatives across geographies.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Product Strategy and Vision: Define and communicate a product vision, strategy and roadmap for our Global Payouts product.
  • Product Quality and Delivery: Partner with engineering to ensure clear requirements, strong acceptance criteria, and high-quality launches..
  • Payments Experience: Lead the end-to-end payments experience across Ripple payouts, crafting capabilities that balance customer experience, conversion, and regulatory controls.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Lead high-impact initiatives and align collaborators across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk/Fraud, and Operations; remove blockers and drive decisions.
  • Collaborator Management and Influence: Deliver concise, committed communication to ensure alignment and drive outcomes.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING: 

  • 12-15 years of total professional experience in financial services, fintech, or the crypto industry, with at least 5-10 years in a core product management role.
  • A passion for payments and a deep curiosity about digital assets and blockchain.
  • Demonstrated track record of scaling and evangelizing successful products
  • Ability to translate complex topics into clear, concise language for different audiences.
  • Strong technical competence and understanding.
  • A knack for establishing relationships and driving alignment across teams with different priorities.

For positions that will be based in CA, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions. 
CA Annual Base Salary Range
$248,000$300,000 USD
