THE WORK:

We’re looking for a senior product leader to shape the future of payments and financial applications on the XRP Ledger.

In this role, you’ll own product strategy and execution across areas such as stablecoin payments, on-chain liquidity and foreign exchange, and emerging forms of programmable commerce. You’ll work at the intersection of blockchain infrastructure, financial markets, and real-world customer needs - turning new capabilities into products and experiences that can achieve meaningful adoption.

This is a highly cross-functional role. You’ll work closely with engineering, business development, ecosystem partners, and customers to identify the most important problems to solve, develop a clear product strategy, and drive complex initiatives from concept through market adoption.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Own product strategy and roadmap for key payments and on-chain financial capabilities on the XRP Ledger
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities where blockchain infrastructure can meaningfully improve how value is exchanged, converted, and settled
  • Develop product-market fit hypotheses and validate them through customer discovery, market research, product data, and real-world usage
  • Partner closely with Engineering to translate market and customer needs into scalable product and protocol capabilities
  • Work with financial institutions, payment providers, liquidity providers, developers, and other ecosystem participants to understand workflows and adoption barriers
  • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, Engineering, Business Development, and external partners
  • Define the capabilities and ecosystem requirements needed to deliver compelling end-to-end customer experiences
  • Navigate technical, commercial, and market tradeoffs to drive clear decisions and maintain momentum
  • Represent the product strategy internally and externally with customers, partners, and the broader ecosystem

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Significant product management experience building payments, fintech, financial infrastructure, trading, or other technically complex products
  • Proven ability to define product strategy and lead ambiguous, high-impact initiatives from discovery through launch and adoption
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with a track record of driving alignment across technical and commercial organizations
  • Strong technical fluency and experience working closely with engineering teams on backend, infrastructure, API, or protocol-level products
  • Deep customer orientation and the ability to translate complex financial workflows into clear product opportunities
  • Strong systems thinking and judgment across product, technology, market dynamics, and go-to-market considerations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, particularly when simplifying complex problems and driving decisions across diverse stakeholders
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where the market, technology, and customer needs are still evolving

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in payments, FX, liquidity, settlement, treasury, or financial market infrastructure
  • Experience building crypto, blockchain, or stablecoin products
  • Familiarity with wallets, digital assets, on-chain transactions, and decentralized or electronic trading systems
  • Experience with developer platforms, open-source ecosystems, or protocol-level product development
  • Experience launching products that depend on adoption across multiple ecosystem participants
