Own full-cycle recruiting for sales leaders and enterprise Account Executives across the U.S. Partner with GTM leaders on hiring strategy, build passive candidate pipelines, assess and close talent, and improve sourcing and interview practices. Help establish Rogo’s San Francisco office, strengthen its local talent network, and use Ashby and pipeline data to guide hiring decisions and process improvements.

Own full-cycle technical recruiting for Rogo’s San Francisco engineering organization. Partner with engineering leaders to define hiring needs, source and engage passive candidates, manage technical searches, improve interview processes, advise on hiring decisions, close competitive candidates, and strengthen the company’s engineering presence. The role also uses recruiting data to improve hiring outcomes and manages agency relationships when needed.

Lead product development for Felix, Rogo's AI agent: set roadmap, design agent systems and workflows for finance, prototype in code or design, collaborate with engineering and design, and engage top finance users to prioritize and measure agent quality, accuracy, and reliability.

Provide front-line chat and email support to B2B SaaS clients, diagnose issues, deliver workarounds, meet SLAs, surface product feedback, improve processes and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Post-Sales to scale support.

Lead product for Felix, Rogo's AI agent: own APIs/extensibility, admin/permissioning, billing/consumption/pricing, and enterprise onboarding. Prototype and build with engineering/design, partner with sales/post-sales, and ensure high-quality enterprise-grade systems for large financial institutions.
