Why Rogo

Our mission is to transform global finance by empowering professionals at the world's top investment banks, private equity funds, and investment firms with AI that delivers unparalleled speed, accuracy, and insight. We're not just improving financial workflows; we're redefining them.

This is a unique opportunity to join a generational company driving transformation in one of the most important industries in the world. With a rapidly growing, global client base, proven product-market fit, and backing from world-class investors, we are scaling quickly and defining a new category of enterprise AI.

Our team is sharp, motivated, and deeply committed to Rogo’s mission. We take ownership of complex problems and stay relentlessly focused on our users. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, demand excellence, and want to help build the future of finance, we invite you to join us.

The Role

We're looking for an exceptional, high-agency product manager to own Felix, the agent at the core of Rogo. This is one of the most ambitious problems in applied AI: building an agent that does the work of a world-class analyst, reliably, for the most demanding users in finance. You'll work across every function at Rogo to shape what the agent knows and does, and to define how the world's most sophisticated investors work with AI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the product roadmap for Felix, our agent: decide what to build, prioritize ruthlessly, and ship continuously

  • Stay ahead of where models and agent paradigms are going, and make sure Rogo is consistently on the cutting edge of what an agent can do

  • Design novel agent systems and workflows for the realities of finance, where accuracy, trust, and depth matter more than almost anywhere else

  • Set the bar for what a great agent feels like (quality, accuracy, speed, reliability) and measure relentlessly against it

  • Prototype and build to figure out what is worth shipping. We prototype in design or code (everyone here builds with AI) far more than we write long specs, then partner closely with engineering and design to bring complex capabilities to life and unblock the team continuously

  • Talk to the world's most sophisticated users, study how they work, and turn that into the next set of priorities

  • Be the in-house authority on agents: experiment with every new tool and technique, and bring that intuition straight into the roadmap

What You Will Need
  • Strong product management or startup product experience. You've owned and shipped real product, ideally at a high-growth startup or a best-in-class product company

  • Deep intuition for LLMs and agents. You're a compulsive user of AI tools with a strong grasp of how models are trained and prompted, and hands-on experience building with them

  • A genuine obsession with the AI landscape. You follow it closely and experiment with everything new

  • A technical foundation. You're genuinely technical: you ship code, prototype and build rather than just spec, and can go deep with engineers. A degree in computer science, math, or engineering (or equivalent experience) is a plus

  • Finance experience (banking, private equity, or investing) is a strong plus, but not required

  • A trusted presence with senior stakeholders. You present with poise to the most senior people in finance and represent Rogo with polish; you're a steward of the company in every conversation

  • Exceptionally sharp. You ramp quickly, learn new domains fast, and have strong instincts before you're an expert

  • Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and high-output.

  • Strong product and design taste. Opinionated, but low-ego and genuinely collaborative

Who You Are
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments. You are high-intensity and care a lot about what you do, and you're ecstatic to work at a startup.

  • You are ambitious. You have fun solving problems that others think are impossible.

  • You are curious. You find joy in learning about AI, technology, and finance.

  • You are an owner. You are autonomous, self-directed, and comfortable working with ambiguity.

  • You are collaborative, organized, thoughtful, and kind.

Why Join Rogo?
  • Up and to the right: Rogo has strong product adoption with the world's leading financial institutions, and we are still early. The upside is enormous.

  • Extraordinary team: we take talent density seriously. You'll do the best work of your career alongside some of the sharpest people in AI and finance.

  • A one-of-one problem: bringing AI to the core of how Wall Street works is one of the most ambitious, technically demanding, and consequential problems today. There is nowhere else you can work on it at this scale.

  • Real ownership: You'll own real surface area and watch the world's most sophisticated users rely on your work.

  • Always at the frontier: we work at the edge of what the best models can do and turn it into products people trust. If you're obsessed with AI, this is where it's happening.
