Hands-on security engineer partnering with enterprise customers to assess cloud-native and distributed architectures, conduct threat modeling, validate security controls, and develop secure reference architectures. The role covers identity, networking, encryption, data protection, application security, Kubernetes, AI security, and integrations. It also involves customer workshops, executive briefings, technical documentation, and collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Product Security teams to influence platform improvements and secure AI adoption.

Own partner-facing product management for ServiceNow AI products, translating roadmaps into messaging, enablement, demos, training, and adoption programs. Advocate for strategic partners by managing feedback loops, escalations, readiness, and implementation needs. Support executive partner engagements and draft communications for the GVP of AI Product Management. Coordinate across Product, Engineering, GTM, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Professional Services to align partner commitments, improve readiness, and influence product priorities.

Designs data infrastructure, pipelines, transformation tools, and automated evaluation systems for agentic AI workflows. Defines metrics, ground truth standards, quality gates, dashboards, and reproducible evaluation datasets. Partners with product, engineering, and data science teams to improve AI systems, ensure data quality and reliability, establish scalable architecture, and mentor junior engineers.
