Lead email channel strategy for buying-group engagement, translating buying-group GTM into segmentation, cadence, and lifecycle programs. Manage a team, design A/B and multivariate tests, embed email in integrated campaigns, monitor lifecycle-stage performance, pilot AI-driven personalization/automation, and partner across Integrated, Field, Media, Digital, and Analytics teams.
