As a software engineer at Strala, you will develop AI-driven solutions, collaborate with clients, and deliver impactful results while managing the integration of technologies.

Work directly with the CEO to build and scale claims operations: design data-driven processes, lead special projects, formalize hiring and workflows, and coordinate cross-functional problem solving across product, engineering, and business teams.
