Manage executive inboxes and calendars, coordinate meetings and follow-ups, arrange travel, oversee office supplies, meals, vendors, maintenance, events, budgets, invoices, and workplace improvements. The role requires strong judgment, discretion, organization, ownership, and comfort creating reliable operational processes while supporting senior leaders and fostering a welcoming office culture.

Lead and scale healthcare operations supporting member experience, including blood draw reliability, diagnostic and vendor performance, workforce capacity, B2B service delivery, and new service launches. Analyze operational data, forecast demand, improve workflows, use AI and automation, manage partners, and connect decisions to unit economics and profitability. Build resilient, repeatable processes across member success, clinical operations, product, engineering, and external vendors.

Build and maintain consumer iOS and React Native experiences for health results, biomarker data, chat, and other member journeys. Own mobile architecture, native integrations, reusable components, performance, accessibility, testing, observability, reliability, and App Store releases. Collaborate with product, design, clinical, web, and backend teams on clear health experiences, shared data contracts, and cross-platform development patterns. This is an in-person San Francisco role with substantial ownership in a small startup team.
