About the role

We're looking for an exceptional events and experiences leader to bring Superpower to life through in-person experiences.

Our ambition is to create the most sought-after experiences in health and wellness. Gatherings that give people a new understanding of themselves, introduce them to people they're glad they met, and leave them wanting to come back.

You'll develop an events program for Superpower built around ambition, performance, and greater possibility.

You'll own the program from creative concept to the final guest goodbye and what happens next. That includes signature experiences, intimate gatherings, recurring community formats, and major launch moments. You'll shape the guest list, programming, environment, hospitality, and details that make each experience unmistakably ours.

We're looking for someone with original ideas, exceptional taste, and the production judgment to make them happen. Someone who knows where to spend, where to simplify, and how to create something remarkable within a real budget.

What you'll do
  • Shape the events program. Work with Brand to decide which audiences, occasions, and formats deserve our attention. Give each event a clear purpose and a place in the wider brand plan.

  • Develop the experience. Turn a brief into a compelling concept, program, and guest journey. Think through the invitation, arrival, space, pacing, hospitality, and follow-up.

  • Own production. Build budgets, timelines, run-of-show plans, and contingency plans. Source venues and partners, manage vendors, and keep the team clear on decisions and deadlines.

  • Bring the right people together. Work with colleagues across partnerships, community, and marketing on guests, hosts, speakers, and collaborators who make the experience meaningful.

  • Lead delivery on site. Coordinate the people and details that make an event run well. Solve problems quickly while protecting the experience for guests.

  • Extend the impact. Plan with the content and social teams so events produce stories people can encounter beyond the room. Create a thoughtful path for guests to stay connected.

  • Measure and improve. Review attendance, guest feedback, engagement, costs, and relevant business outcomes. Use what you learn to improve the next event and decide which formats to repeat.

What we're looking for
  • Experience personally leading consumer-brand events or experiential programs from concept through delivery.

  • Examples of distinctive experiences you brought to life, with a clear account of the idea, your role, the production decisions, and the outcome.

  • Strong creative taste and attention to the details guests actually notice.

  • Confidence managing budgets, vendors, timelines, and several moving parts at once.

  • The ability to build productive relationships with creative partners, venues, hosts, and internal teams.

  • Calm, practical judgment when plans change and the ability to lead a team through the day.

  • An interest in health, culture, and building communities people want to return to.

Experience with member communities, wellness experiences, launches, or partnerships is valuable. This work includes being present for event delivery.

What success looks like

Superpower events feel distinctive and welcoming. They run well, use resources thoughtfully, and build relationships that continue after the event. The team develops a repeatable way to deliver excellent experiences while making each one feel appropriate to its audience and purpose.
