Responsibilities include designing, deploying, upgrading, troubleshooting, and maintaining XenApp infrastructure; managing VMware, Windows, cloud, Cisco, and Linux systems; resolving incidents within SLAs; performing capacity planning, health checks, access provisioning, change management, and root-cause analysis; coordinating technical teams and customers; and maintaining documentation and knowledge bases.

Supports and maintains AWS infrastructure in a managed services environment. Responsibilities include administering compute, storage, networking, and identity services; monitoring environments; troubleshooting incidents; performing backup, recovery, patching, and infrastructure changes; conducting root cause analysis; optimizing performance and capacity; maintaining documentation; and participating in rotational on-call support.

Develop, customize, test, document, and support SAP Commerce solutions, including storefronts, OCC APIs, backend modules, and integrations with SAP, payment, logistics, CRM, and marketing platforms. Responsibilities include requirements clarification, Agile delivery, defect resolution, production support, root cause analysis, unit and integration testing, code reviews, CI/CD practices, documentation, and collaboration with technical and cross-functional teams.

Develop and support enterprise eCommerce solutions on SAP Commerce, including custom extensions, storefront components, APIs, integrations, testing, deployment, and production support. The role owns complex assignments, resolves incidents, ensures platform stability and security, participates in architecture and release activities, refines requirements, documents integrations, collaborates in Agile teams, and mentors developers. Integrations include SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP CPI, payment gateways, CRM, logistics, and third-party commerce services.

Leads enterprise SAP Commerce initiatives spanning architecture, development, integrations, enhancements, AMS support, modernization, production stability, and release governance. Reviews designs and code, drives performance, security, quality, incident reduction, and technical debt remediation. Partners with stakeholders on solutioning, roadmaps, KPIs, and technical decisions. Mentors developers, supports hiring and capacity planning, assigns technical work, and improves engineering productivity and operational resilience.
