    • Refine stories and tickets by clarifying acceptance criteria, dependencies, assumptions, and technical risks before implementation.
    • Provide reliable estimates for assigned work and communicate delivery confidence, risks, blockers, and dependencies early.
    • Reduce stakeholder rework requests by validating expectations and solution understanding before build starts.
    • Partner with Business Analysts and the Technical Leads to ensure scope is clear, feasible, and technically aligned.
  • Integrations
    • Ensure integration changes follow approved architecture, traceability, testing, deployment, and change-control processes.
    • Document integration flows, dependencies, error handling, monitoring needs, and operational support considerations.

    • Identify, track, and remediate security findings within agreed timelines.
    • Maintain required technical documentation and keep it reviewed and current.
    • Participate in release planning and deployment activities.
    • Improve first-time-right delivery by reducing avoidable rework, reopenings, and repeat corrections.
    • Track and improve quality indicators such as defect escape rate, rework rate, review compliance, and unit test coverage.
  • Collaboration & Mentoring
    • Work closely with Technical Leads and Architects to implement solutions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile delivery environments.
    • Mentor developers through pairing, code reviews, technical guidance, and planned knowledge-sharing sessions.
    • Create reusable components, utilities, templates, technical patterns, and automation opportunities that improve delivery speed and consistency.
