Design, deploy, and operate large-scale, multi-region cloud-native services to improve reliability, performance, and security. Partner with application teams to build automation, run SLO-driven incident response and on-call rotations, leverage Kubernetes and CNCF tooling, and implement scalable operations, chaos and scale testing, and infrastructure-as-code for a resilient SaaS platform.

Lead the architecture, operation, and reliability of Cisco ThousandEyes’ FedRAMP-compliant AWS GovCloud platform. Build resilient cloud-native services using infrastructure as code, maintain high availability and security for high-volume data streams, automate compliance controls and auditing, and optimize multi-region infrastructure. Collaborate with engineering and security teams, lead technical initiatives, address operational risks, and establish engineering standards for regulated environments.

Leads Cisco Networking’s AI/ML product strategy, vision, roadmap, and scalable data platform development. Directs and mentors product managers while partnering with engineering, design, go-to-market, and Cisco’s central AI team. Engages enterprise customers, identifies AI-driven solutions to networking and digital experience challenges, and guides development of native AI/ML capabilities across networking products.
