Lead and grow a full‑stack team building the Console, Tiger CLI, and MCP integrations. Own customer-facing domains (UI, billing, observability), set technical direction for a JavaScript/Go stack, hire and mentor engineers, establish engineering practices, and partner with Product and Design to deliver polished features. Be hands-on and drive organizational change during growth.

Lead and improve CI/CD and release processes using GitHub Actions; build stress-testing, benchmarking (tsbench) and testing infrastructure; automate packaging and releases; validate TimescaleDB performance in cloud environments and provide regression signals to engineering partners.
