Build and evolve Vitalize’s brand across voice, creative direction, campaigns, events, executive presence, and external experiences. Develop brand systems and guidelines, create memorable campaigns for healthcare leaders, partner with founders and creative teams, and measure awareness, recognition, and engagement. This hands-on role requires strong storytelling, creative judgment, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to build a distinctive brand from scratch while connecting brand efforts to business outcomes.

Own Vitalize’s product positioning, messaging, market understanding, product launches, sales enablement, and customer value proof. Partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to translate complex healthcare workforce and capacity solutions into compelling narratives. Research customers, competitors, and market dynamics; feed insights into product priorities; and measure the impact of messaging, launches, and enablement. This hands-on role requires strong writing, analytical thinking, customer curiosity, and comfort building processes from scratch.

Build Vitalize’s demand generation engine from the ground up, creating qualified pipeline among enterprise health systems. Own campaigns across email, paid media, events, webinars, content, and account-based marketing; manage budgets; partner with Sales, Brand, and Product Marketing; measure funnel performance and ROI; experiment with channels and messaging; and establish scalable growth systems, processes, and playbooks.

Build and own Vitalize’s content marketing strategy and engine. Create customer stories, thought leadership, reports, guides, webinars, executive content, and multi-channel campaigns for healthcare leaders. Interview customers and internal experts, optimize content for SEO and AI discovery, measure engagement and pipeline influence, and develop scalable content systems. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success, founders, and healthcare executives to build trust, generate demand, and support growth.

Own technical solutioning across the customer lifecycle, from enterprise sales discovery through deployment and post-launch support. Lead architecture and integration discussions with healthcare customers, establish technical-readiness standards, support complex implementations, and translate recurring customer requirements into product and engineering priorities. Build documentation, training, tools, and repeatable playbooks that help Growth, Deployments, Support, and Customer Success independently manage complex enterprise workflows. Travel onsite to customer locations approximately 40–50% of the time.

Leads Customer Success, Deployments, and Support for an enterprise healthcare software company. Owns customer retention, net revenue retention, adoption, ROI, delivery speed, executive relationships, and expansion. Builds scalable post-sales strategy, processes, leadership structure, and talent systems while partnering with Product, Engineering, and Growth. Requires extensive enterprise implementation experience, healthcare understanding, and 40–50% customer-site travel.

Own product design from discovery through launch for complex, data-dense, AI-powered healthcare workflows. Partner with product and engineering, conduct customer research in hospitals, translate operational insights into intuitive experiences, shape AI interactions, evolve the design system, and contribute to design quality and team practices.

The Deployment Strategist will manage on-site operations within hospitals, leading rollouts and ensuring organizational change while demonstrating ROI to executives and bridging communication with product teams.

Owns the decision engine powering hospital staffing recommendations, alerts, and workflows. Designs systems balancing staffing rules, hospital policies, patient needs, and operational constraints. Builds explainable software that enables clinical leaders to trust, validate, or override recommendations. Collaborates with product, design, engineering, and healthcare customers to solve complex problems and improve automation using feedback, production data, and outcomes.

Build scalable tooling that reduces deployment manual work, accelerates customer time-to-live, and converts union rules and regulations into configurable, testable product requirements. Partner closely with engineering, deployments, GTM, and customers, including onsite implementation visits, while prioritizing reusable solutions over one-off customizations.

Build Vitalize's technical hiring function from scratch, full-cycle recruit engineering, product, and design roles. Partner with leaders, source and close top-tier talent, design interview processes, attend engineering/product meetings and customer sites, and continuously improve recruiting systems and employer brand to raise the technical hiring bar.

As a Senior Product Engineer, you'll develop the internal platform for deploying health systems, reducing manual configuration and enabling self-service setups to enhance deployment efficiency.

You will manage executive relationships with key enterprise customers, focusing on ROI, renewals, and expansions while also building a scalable customer health system.

Operate and optimize recruiting operations: own interview coordination, build Ashby automations and dashboards, improve workflows using AI, ensure data quality, manage onboarding, create excellent candidate experiences, and learn sourcing to proactively find talent.

Own cloud infrastructure, EKS, AWS systems, CI/CD pipelines, preview environments, observability, security, and compliance. Build developer tooling and internal applications, while leading AI adoption across Engineering through agent workflows and custom solutions. Support product analytics and data science pipelines, collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, and maintain platform reliability end to end.

Build and lead Vitalize's marketing function end-to-end: define strategy, generate enterprise pipeline, align with Sales, drive product positioning and launches, convert customer outcomes into advocacy, hire and develop the marketing team, and scale systems and processes to make marketing a primary growth engine.
