Perform 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲-𝗼𝗳𝗳𝘀 and prepare accurate bid packages
Communicate with General Contractors and Owners to evaluate project requirements (materials, goals, specifications, etc.)
Attend 𝗽𝗿𝗲-𝗯𝗶𝗱 𝗷𝗼𝗯 𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀
Negotiate contract pricing and terms

Experience in 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗹 & 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆
