We need an English-fluent Marketing Strategist, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and CRM channels.
  • Build and scale user-generated content (UGC) campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Snapchat.
  • Identify high-performing creators and influencers for amplification and co-creation partnerships.
  • Manage paid acquisition campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Meta, Google, Unity Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Continuously test and optimize creative hooks, messaging, targeting, and conversion funnels.
  • Lead day-to-day execution of integrated marketing campaigns across organic, paid, influencer, and community channels.
  • Own and maintain the marketing and launch calendar aligned with product milestones and seasonal events.
  • Coordinate app store updates, feature launches, content drops, and community activations.
  • Translate product updates into compelling user-facing campaigns and narratives.
  • Track and analyze key growth KPIs including:
    • CPI / CPA
    • CAC vs. LTV
    • ROAS
    • Retention & churn
    • Funnel conversion metrics
  • Build dashboards and reporting systems using analytics and visualization tools.
  • Run A/B tests across creatives, messaging, and acquisition channels.
  • Deliver weekly performance insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Lead the short-form content and creator pipeline.
  • Coordinate content sprints around viral trends, gameplay moments, and feature releases.
  • Manage Discord and community engagement initiatives.
  • Drive ambassador and creator engagement programs to strengthen community retention and brand awareness.
  • Work closely with Product, Creative, Growth, and Operations teams to align marketing initiatives with product development.
  • Attend product/design syncs to stay informed on upcoming features and roadmap direction.
  • Lead GTM meetings and coordinate execution across multiple stakeholders.
  • Build scalable playbooks and marketing systems that can be handed off to junior team members as the organization grows.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing roles.
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel growth campaigns for consumer-facing products, gaming apps, social platforms, or mobile applications.
  • Strong copywriting and brand storytelling skills.
  • Experience scaling UGC, influencer marketing, and creator-led campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms including TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, and conversion funnels.
  • Experience managing campaign calendars, GTM execution, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using dashboards, reporting tools, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment with strong ownership and autonomy.

It's a Plus:

  • Experience in gaming, social platforms, Gen Z consumer apps, or creator economy businesses.
  • Familiarity with Discord communities and viral content ecosystems.
  • Experience with ASO (App Store Optimization) and mobile app growth strategies.
  • Experience working with lifecycle marketing tools and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Miro, Looker Studio, Metricool, or similar platforms.
  • Experience managing influencer partnerships and creator campaigns at scale.

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,500 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
