Program overview
The Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Analyst Program is a two-year experience where you will build skills in financial modeling and market analysis while collaborating with bankers and risk professionals to deliver for clients. As a CRE Analyst, your responsibilities may include:

  • Collaborating with senior professionals across cross-functional partners
  • Contributing to client relationship development

Required qualifications
  • 6+ months of Commercial Real Estate Relationship Management - Program experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with expected graduation between December 2026 - June 2027
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial markets
  • Strong academic achievement
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proven ability to take on significant responsibility
  • Relevant internship experience
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Program locations
Primary locations include New York, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.
Pay range
  • $100,000 - $110,000 annually, across all locations.

FINRA/Associated Person (AP) Language
This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements. Candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire. In accordance with FINRA rules, individuals who are subject to statutory disqualification are not eligible to be associated with a FINRA-registered broker-dealer. Successful candidates must also meet and comply with ongoing regulatory obligations, which include periodic screening and mandatory reporting of certain incidents.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$90,000.00 - $150,000.00
