Day Shift

An exciting opportunity to join our growing global Digital Cinema team, the Digital Cinema Account Coordinator will be required to manage and coordinate high profile trailer projects from asset receipt through to final delivery. Other responsibilities will include maintaining and developing project management processes, project billing, and working closely across all operational departments. The ideal candidate will be expected to have experience with project management in the media industry coupled with an understanding of media technologies, and operational processes and workflows. They will be highly motivated, possess a flexible attitude, and be able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. In addition, they must be able to work as part of a team that deals with changing priorities and workloads. The role is primarily office based in our Burbank facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide account management support on Digital Cinema feature, episodic and archival projects, supporting Digital Cinema Account Managers and Executives
  • Provide support for project planning, forecasting capacity, and scheduling.
  • Collaboration with internal groups and departments including Localization, Subtitling, Graphics, and Mastering
  • Supporting production led engagement with clients on-boarded to Pixelogic workflows
  • After hours and weekend support/response for clients and vendors is expected
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Strong skills with Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Passionate about customer experience and customer service excellence
  • Positive attitude when experiencing obstacles and enthusiastic to get things done
  • Good listening skills and an ability to assimilate different viewpoints
  • Outstanding attention to detail and ability to plan complex projects with urgency
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deep sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines on a regular basis
  • Problem solver with creative and innovative approach and ability to think outside the box
  • Knowledge of post-production processes, foreign language versioning, and theatrical workflows
