About the Role 

The Account Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the successful execution of Medlive’s promotional programs, ensuring all deliverables are brought to market efficiently, accurately, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires strong project management capabilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients. 

Working closely with the Account Manager, the Account Coordinator supports the end-to-end delivery of each program and contributes to a positive, seamless client experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and demonstrates a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • Support Account Managers and Account Supervisors with day-to-day client and program activities 
  • Assist in managing operational aspects of promotional programs, including client onboarding, legal and regulatory approvals, production, execution, and post-program reporting 
  • Prepare for client meetings by developing agendas, organizing materials, capturing notes, and coordinating follow-ups 
  • Track program timelines, deliverables, and key metrics, and provide regular status updates 
  • Collaborate with internal production and marketing teams to ensure all program components are accurate, completed on time, and compliant with client and regulatory standards 
  • Help manage schedules, priorities, and task tracking across multiple accounts and initiatives 
  • Maintain well-organized account documentation and internal records 


About You 

  • Approximately 1 year of professional experience, ideally in project management, account services, or a client-facing role 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and deadlines 
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills 
  • Collaborative team player with experience supporting multiple projects involving cross-functional stakeholders 
  • Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow within an account management or client services career path 

The expected salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, determined by relevant experience and prior performance.
