As an Account Director, your job is centered around communication, strategy, and relationships. Your team members look to you for clarity, organization and leadership, and your clients look to you for partnership, creativity, and understanding. At Kettle, you will be a central force in the work, agency growth, and team connection.

While this role is mostly remote, candidates must be a commutable distance to our New York City office.

Candidates should have:

  • Experience managing multiple, digitally focused, projects at a time for clients, while maintaining a high level of support for each relationship
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including scope writing for active clients, creation of presentation deck narratives and slides, and persuasive and nuanced email communications
  • An innate curiosity and perspective about design and technology, and their impact on business
  • The ability to travel to client locations on a semi-regular basis to build relationships and participate in key meetings and events

We’d like to know that you can:

  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships within client organizations, demonstrating understanding and curiosity for their business and the digital marketing landscape to instill trust and strive for growth
  • Build trust with internal teams from kick off to delivery, acting as the center of the wheel by guiding the narrative of project progress for key stakeholders
  • Manage up and across: You know when to take on a problem yourself to be helpful to the team or escalate for support
  • Take ownership of all deliverables, delegating when appropriate, and jumping in when needed

The target range of compensation for this role is $140-170k. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
