Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales targets and meet KPI's through the management of a mixed portfolio of new business and existing clients.

  • Proactively drive revenue from previously unknown or under leveraged sources.

  • Source opportunities through research and networking.

  • Implement strategic account management and key account planning programs.

  • Prepare a wide range of written proposals including full costing quotations.

  • Offer insightful and strategic solutions to business objectives.

  • Support the implementation of marketing programs, new product rollouts and other initiatives.

  • Develop knowledge of client sectors, business, industry issues and products and solutions.

Experience

  • Strong academic background & 6+ years’ work experience field Market research experience of at least 3 years essential

Knowledge & Skill

  • Proven success in achieving targets and KPI’s Relationship builder with a Hunter mindset Excellent Communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders Fun, energetic and passionate

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet a range of tight deadlines

  • Excellent attention to detail Be a proactive and motivated 'go getter' who thrives in a sales environment

The base salary range for this position in is $90K-$120K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A competitive sales incentive program will be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.  The commission plan is designed to reward individuals for meeting and exceeding sales targets and plan details will be provided to candidates during the interview.
