As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will lead fast-moving, consultative sales cycles with high-growth organizations. You will be instrumental in expanding Profound’s reach across the mid-market and help shape how we scale our go-to-market motion as the team grows.

What you’ll do
  • Own the entire mid-market sales cycle, from targeted prospecting to negotiation and close

  • Develop and execute scalable outreach strategies to drive new business and expand Profound’s footprint across the mid-market

  • Manage a high-velocity pipeline, balancing strategic conversations with efficient execution

  • Build and nurture relationships that turn first deals into long-term partnerships

  • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to accelerate learnings and refine messaging

Who you are
  • A proven SaaS closer with experience selling into mid-market accounts and consistently exceeding quota

  • Skilled at running multiple deals in parallel and adapting your approach to fit a fast-moving sales environment

  • Entrepreneurial and hands-on, energized by building something new and driving early traction

  • Resilient, curious, and motivated by impact, with a strong bias toward action and experimentation

Location

This is an on-site role based in our NYC, SF, or London office, designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and meaningful impact.

For this role, the expected base salary range is $90,000 to $150,000 before commission (NYC and SF). Profound’s total compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes base salary, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks. Final compensation will depend on factors such as your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will be determined during the interview process. Our recruiting team will share more details about the full compensation package and benefits as you move through hiring.
