Role Overview

Supernal is seeking an entrepreneurial and proactive Account Executive to drive customer acquisition, manage and grow sales pipelines, and enhance internal sales processes. This role combines client-facing responsibilities with internal systems optimization, offering a unique opportunity to significantly influence the growth and go to market strategy of a fast growing company. Ideal candidates will be highly self-motivated, possess the instincts and resolve to adapt rapidly, and work effectively within a fully remote startup environment.

Role Context

This role plays a crucial part on our Growth Team. The company tripled in ARR in Q1, from $1M to $3M, and is set to double revenue in Q2, from $3M to $6M. A successful candidate will continue to find ways to grow high quality revenue attached to real value delivered for our customers.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Identify, source, and qualify new leads using CRM tools and other sales platforms.

  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing.

  • Continuously refine and enhance reporting and sales tracking capabilities within CRM systems.

  • Regularly analyze market feedback from customer interactions to inform product strategy and market positioning.

  • Conduct client meetings to accurately identify client needs and align them with company offerings.

  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies based on industry trends and market research.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and refine marketing and sales materials.

  • Create and manage customized pricing structures and proposals to meet client-specific needs.

  • Oversee CRM data integrity, optimization, and system improvements.

  • Assist in forecasting revenue and strategically planning growth initiatives

  • From time to time travel is expected for sales related activities (conferences, sales calls, etc.)

Qualifications
  • 3+ years in a direct client facing role, managing mid-market relationships with executives at scaling organizations.

  • Familiarity with CRM software (experience with Pipedrive preferred).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple cross-departmental processes simultaneously.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to proactively identify new market opportunities.

  • Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly changing environments.

  • Remote, based in the USA.
