About Nooks.ai:

Nooks is an applied AI lab building the Agent Workspace for GTM. We design AI agents that operate across the full sales action set, from account strategy to prospect research and outreach. Building 0→1 has never been easier, but selling at the speed of the market remains the last frontier for AI. Our mission is to 10x every seller by automating the busywork so they can focus on what humans do best: closing deals.

Today, over 1,500 customers run on Nooks, including Notion, HubSpot, Cursor, and Rippling. We’ve raised $70M+ from top VCs like Kleiner Perkins, which made its first sales-tech investment in over a decade with us. Since then, we’ve tripled ARR each year for 3 years running and grown a high-caliber team turning the art of sales into a scalable science.

About the Role

Nooks is looking for AE focused on upselling our Sales Engagement Platform (SEP), joining a small team selling the latest evolution of our product. Reporting to our Director of Sales, this is a strategic hire responsible for expanding our SEP footprint within existing customers, working in close partnership with Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities, drive adoption, and ensure long-term customer value. You'll be joining our fastest growing segment and the opportunity is massive.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early stage environments, brings deep subject matter expertise in Sales Engagement Platforms, and is excited to help define “how it’s done” rather than inherit a mature process.

What You’ll Do
  • Own expansion and upsell revenue for our Sales Engagement Platform within an existing customer base

  • Partner directly with Sales and Customer Success Leadership to design, test, and document the SEP expansion playbook

  • Run discovery focused on expansion opportunities, mapping SEP capabilities to customer needs and desired business outcomes

  • Track learnings from wins and losses to continuously refine messaging, ICP, and expansion motion

Who You Are
  • Strong track record of landing revenue within net new accounts

  • Deep understanding of Sales and SDR team workflows, buyer personas, and how SEP tools drive productivity and business outcomes

  • Experience operating in early-stage or high-growth environments with limited process and high ownership

  • Ability to handle extreme ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and build structure where none exists

  • Strong executive presence and comfort selling to sales leaders (VP Sales, CRO, RevOps leaders)

  • Prior experience as a BDR/SDR and an AE in technology

Nice to have:

  • Experience being a first or early seller for a new product, motion, or business line

  • Background in helping define pricing, packaging, or GTM strategy for expansions

  • Experience working closely with Product teams to translate customer feedback into roadmap input

Equal Employment Opportunity Statement
