Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on winning new business and being rewarded directly for your results?
We are looking for a motivated Sales Account Executive  to lead customer engagements to grow our workplace technology customer base across SME businesses, leveraging Ricoh’s extensive Managed Print Services (MPS) expertise as the primary entry point. Drive value-led conversations that position our market-leading workplace and managed services portfolio, with solutions such as AV and ITS acting as complementary pull-through opportunities.
This is an opportunity for a highly self-motivated hunter who enjoys building relationships, generating opportunities, and closing deals with the opportunity to earn unlimited commissions
About the Opportunity:
As a Sales Account Executive – Workplace Technology, your primary focus will be identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities across a comprehensive portfolio of workplace solutions, including:
  *   Managed Print Services
  *   Digital workflow and document solutions
  *   Workplace technology and collaboration solutions
  *   Managed and contractual service offerings
You will position our solutions as trusted business tools that help organisations improve productivity, streamline operations, and optimise workplace technology.
This role is heavily focused on new business development, with additional opportunities to grow existing customer relationships.
Key responsibilities:
  *   Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the SME market
  *   Build and manage your own qualified sales pipeline through self-generated prospecting
  *   Generate new revenue from both new and existing customers
  *   Present tailored workplace technology solutions aligned to customer needs
  *   Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations
  *   Manage your territory and sales activity to maximise conversion opportunities
  *   Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure strong customer outcomes
  *   Achieve and exceed sales targets while growing your earning potential

To be successful in this role:

You are a motivated, results‑driven Account Executive who thrives in a proactive, focused sales environment. You bring:
  *   3+ years’ experience in a commercial B2B, quota‑carrying sales role
  *   Demonstrated experience selling to Small to Medium Enterprise customers
  *   Managed Print Services experience and exposure to contractual, services‑based or managed solutions
  *   A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  *   Strong capability in prospecting and building your own sales pipeline
  *   Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  *   The ability to engage confidently with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
