About the Role

We're looking for an Account Executive to sell Augrade into large, complex accounts — hyperscalers building data centers, energy companies, real estate developers, and government. This is a full-cycle sales role at an early-stage company: you'll be shaping our go-to-market motion as much as executing it.

What You'll Do
  • Own and close deals with hyperscaler, energy, real estate development, and government accounts

  • Build and manage a large, complex pipeline ($8M–$12M+) from prospecting through close

  • Sell into long sales cycles involving multiple technical and business stakeholders

  • Partner closely with the founding team to refine positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategy as an early sales hire

  • Represent Augrade's product and mission credibly to sophisticated, technical buyers

What We're Looking For
  • Experience selling into hyperscalers or large-scale data center construction projects

  • Track record managing $8M–$15M+ in active pipeline

  • Willingness to relocate

  • Comfort selling a young, evolving product without a mature enterprise sales playbook

Nice to Have
  • Construction industry background or domain fluency

  • Experience selling into energy companies, data centers, real estate developers, or government buyers

What We Offer
  • Compensation: $180,000–$250,000 USD base. Actual pay is determined by experience, skills, and location, and may fall outside this range in exceptional cases. This role may also be eligible for commission/variable pay and equity.

  • Will support relocation

  • Health, Dental, Vision

  • Commuter/Travel Benefits

  • 401K Company Matching

  • Professional/Learning & Development Stipend

  • In-office sponsored lunch to start in Q1 2027

  • Unlimited PTO

  • ESOPs

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
