Conviva is the experience analytics platform for AI agents, apps, and streaming. Conviva pioneered quality of experience measurement for streaming video and has supported live digital experiences across 20 Super Bowls, 10 Olympic Games, and five FIFA World Cup tournaments. With full-census, real-time, stateful analytics, Conviva shows what consumers actually experience, not just whether systems are running, and connects that experience to revenue, retention, and risk.

THE ROLE

Conviva is seeking an Account Executive to join its sales team, responsible for driving new business by identifying, engaging, and closing new customers. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in full-cycle sales: generating and qualifying leads, understanding prospect pain points, demonstrating product fit, and closing deals. Experience selling analytics or related products to technical personas is a plus.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and building relationships with potential customers to closing new logos.
  • Become a trusted advisor to stakeholders by deeply understanding their pain points and business needs.
  • Build, manage, and expand relationships across multiple departments at target companies, particularly within product and engineering teams.
  • Manage a complex sales process from initial conversation through negotiation and closure, including pipeline forecasting, organizational mapping, contracts, proposals, and legal matters.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our technology landscape and industry trends.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 5-7 years of sales experience (Account Executive or Business/Sales Development) in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally with a strong emphasis on analytics, big data, or observability solutions.
  • Proven ability to drive new customer acquisition and expand market presence through effective prospecting and sales execution.
  • Experience selling to technical personas, particularly product and engineering leaders, with a deep understanding of their priorities and challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-organizationally, aligning multiple stakeholders and internal teams to drive deals forward.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with a track record of creating long-term value for customers.
  • Expert negotiation skills, successfully managing complex deals and maximizing value and ROI for clients.
  • Start-up experience and mindset: comfortable navigating ambiguity, wearing multiple hats, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

COMPENSATION

The expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this full-time position is $160,000 - $250,000, which includes base salary and variable compensation, plus equity and benefits. Compensation is determined by various factors such as qualifications, experience, and relevant education or training.
