EPM is growing, and we are seeking Account Executives to join our team. You’ll be responsible for developing lending relationships with third-party originators and expanding existing accounts to increase closed loan volume. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard qualified third-party originator/broker accounts. 
  • Conduct sales calls with prospective and current accounts to assess strategic fit and opportunities. 
  • Provide training to accounts on systems, policies, procedures, products, and updates. 
  • Offer support and service to accounts and their staff. 
  • Act as a liaison between accounts and the Equity operations teams. 
  • Collaborate with management and internal teams to maintain professional partnerships with accounts. 
  • Actively manage accounts pipeline and provide loan projections to management. 
  • Prioritize and allocate time and resources effectively to meet goals. 
  • Additional responsibilities related to business needs. 

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred. 
  • Recent experience as a Wholesale Account Executive required. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of industry experience required. 
  • Completion of Anti-Money Laundering, Fair Lending, and Equity Origination training required. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). 
  • Self-starter: highly motivated, dependable, and self-reliant. 
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively. 
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience in overcoming sales obstacles. 
  • Working knowledge of the wholesale lending process, loan programs, guidelines, and regulations. 
  • Familiarity with local and regional markets and lender competition.
