Roles and Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and demos to negotiation and close—for high-value opportunities.

  • Partner with leadership to structure and close strategic deals with enterprise and mid-market clients.

  • Maintain rigorous CRM discipline to ensure pipeline accuracy, forecasting precision, and data integrity.

  • Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks across the funnel to accelerate deal velocity and improve conversion rates.

  • Collaborate with the CEO and GTM leadership to refine sales playbooks and outbound strategies as we scale.

  • Work closely with Marketing to align on lead quality, campaign performance, and conversion optimization.

  • Provide structured feedback to Product and Growth teams based on customer insights, objections, and emerging trends.

What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience

  • Proven track record selling technical products (ACV $10K–$100K+) and navigating complex deals.

  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads). You know how to speak to ROAS, creative testing, and media buying metrics.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; strong CRM hygiene.

  • Strong coaching mentality; experienced in motivating early-career AEs.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity startup environment.

  • Bonus: experience in performance marketing, creative tech, or GenAI tools, or selling to DTC brands, agencies, or mobile gaming teams.
