About the Role

As an Account Executive at Juicebox, you'll help organizations transform how they hire by introducing them to one of the fastest-growing AI recruiting platforms in the market. You'll own the full sales cycle, partnering with prospective customers from their first conversation through close while delivering an exceptional buying experience.

Our go-to-market motion is highly product-led. We generate 200+ inbound demo requests every month through our free trial and demo experience, giving you the opportunity to focus on building relationships and closing business rather than generating outbound pipeline. You'll sell primarily to Talent Acquisition, People, and Recruiting leaders, while also expanding relationships across our growing base of 2,000+ customers. We move quickly, with typical sales cycles of just 2 to 3 weeks, and consistently win against legacy recruiting solutions.

You Will…

  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery through negotiation and close.

  • Convert inbound demo requests and free trial users into long-term customers.

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, People, and Recruiting leaders to understand their hiring challenges and recommend solutions.

  • Identify expansion opportunities within our existing customer base.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and product to improve the customer journey and drive revenue growth.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and CRM hygiene.

  • Share customer feedback to help shape our product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.

You Have…

  • 2+ years of experience closing SaaS deals.

  • Experience selling deals with annual contract values (ACVs) between $10K and $50K.

  • A track record of consistently exceeding quota (President's Club, Top Performer, Top 10%, MVP, or similar achievements).

  • Strong discovery, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

  • A bias toward action and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco.

Bonus Points If You…

  • You've sold to Talent Acquisition, People, HR, or Recruiting leaders.

  • You have experience in a product-led growth (PLG) sales environment.

  • You've worked on a small, high-performing GTM team where ownership and collaboration were critical.

  • You have experience selling AI, recruiting, or HR technology solutions.

Perks & Benefits

  • Top-of-market compensation with meaningful equity, because everyone should share in our success.

  • Comprehensive healthcare with 100% employer-paid medical coverage for employees (PPO Platinum plan with $0 deductible). 90% employer contribution for dependents. Dental & Vision: 90% employer covered; 85% for dependents.

  • $2,000 annual wellness stipend to support your physical, mental, and financial well-being.

  • Daily meals provided.

  • $300/month commuting stipend to help cover the cost of getting to and from the office.
