  • Scale & Grow: Run regular performance reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with agency teams, translating campaign data into actionable insights that grow spend, improve ROAS, and expand platform adoption across their client portfolios.
  • Retain & Save: Proactively monitor at-risk accounts, diagnose stalled or declining spend, and lead structured save and re-activation plans in close partnership with agency AMs.
Agency Partnership & Day-to-Day Support
  • Manage a portfolio of agency clients, serving as the dedicated point of contact for agency partners and their internal account management teams.
  • Provide day-to-day strategic and operational support to agency AM teams to optimize performance for their client accounts.
  • Educate agency teams on NewsBreak’s ad products, platform features, best practices, and exclusive alpha/beta testing opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with internal ad ops, product, and sales teams to troubleshoot technical issues (event tracking, ad server technology) and streamline workflows for agency partners.
  • Act as the voice of our agency partners internally, surfacing feedback to help shape product roadmaps and agency-specific platform features.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in agency account management, partner management, or digital advertising account management within ad tech or digital media.
  • Proven track record of managing a portfolio of agency clients and driving client lifecycle management (onboarding, retention, upselling, and save strategies).
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to lead QBRs, optimize campaign ROAS, and diagnose performance drop-offs.
  • Strong technical baseline in digital advertising platforms, ad server technologies, and tracking/attribution methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with external agency account teams.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working directly in or with the App and/or eCommerce verticals.
  • Prior background working at an ad agency or managing independent/holding company agency partnerships.
