Job Summary:


We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Account Manager for North America Mass Market to accelerate revenue and customer number growth and strengthen our market presence.


  • Primary market segments include Aerospace & Defense, Communications, Enterprise & Datacenter, Consumer/Mobile-IoT and Industrial.
  • Successful execution in this role will revolve around effective leverage of Digital Marketing and Distributor channels in order to “scale” across the entire customer base on a, predominantly, virtual basis (i.e. remote sales). 
  • It is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Territory Ownership & Growth
    • Take ownership of an assigned geographic territory / account set.
    • Drive growth and expansion within the territory by:
      • Increasing account penetration
      • Identifying new customers, opportunities, and applications
    • Ensure consistent pipeline build-up to support long-term growth.
  • Account & Opportunity Management
    • Manage a portfolio of long-tail accounts
    • Maintain consistent pipeline activity to support revenue goals.
  • Customer Engagement
    • Connect with customers (engineers, sourcing, program teams) to:

 * Understand basic requirements

 * Introduce SiTime solutions

    • Run focused, efficient conversations with clear next steps.
    • Build quick rapport and maintain regular follow-ups.
  • Sales Execution
    • Ensure steady movement of deals toward design-in and potential wins.
    • Forecasting & Order Alignment
  • Distribution Management
    • Work closely with distribution partners to:
      • Drive demand generation
      • Support customer engagement
      • Track opportunities and design-ins

 

Qualifications & Requirements : 

 

  • BS Electrical Engineering Degree or experience in a role where technical self-sufficiency has been developed
  • Technical sales or field application engineering experience.
  • Specific experience dealing with mass market or territory development is desirable
  • Deep understanding of how distribution channels work and methods by which we can engage with them
  • Good understanding of sales automation tools such as Salesforce, Sixth Sense, Marketo and others

  • Curiosity – the ability to ask good, probing questions, actively seek out new information to validate or dispel existing assumptions.

In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for the Sales Commission Plan, paid out quarterly based on achievement of sales objectives and goals. We also offer equity grants, providing a meaningful opportunity to share in the company’s future growth and success.
