Jump Advisor AI - Account Manager, Mid-Market
About the Role
As an Account Manager on Jump's Mid-Market team, you'll be the primary relationship holder for a focused book of RIAs and independent advisory firms - responsible for adoption, retention, expansion, and key stakeholder engagement. You will manage the full account lifecycle, using a consultative approach to understand each firm's priorities and drive real outcomes: advisor productivity, practice growth, and operational excellence. This is a quota-carrying role: you own GRR, NRR, and expansion quota across your book.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead consultative processes to understand each firm's goals, pain points, and priorities - and translate that into a clear account strategy
- Develop, negotiate, and close expansion and renewal deals with firm owners and key decision-makers
- Run business reviews with firm leadership to demonstrate value and align on next steps
- Build relationships across your accounts - you are never dependent on a single contact
- Collaborate cross-functionally with account executives, enablement, product, and leadership to deliver value throughout the client lifecycle
- Manage a robust pipeline using CRM tools, providing accurate forecasting and reporting
- Stay ahead of industry trends, client challenges, and the competitive landscape
About You
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SaaS account management (quota-carrying) or sales, with a track record of exceeding quotas
- Proven success managing relationships with RIAs, independent advisory firms, or financial services companies with accountability for NRR, expansion, and retention
- Experience with consultative deal management across multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of financial services workflows, advisory firm operations, and client management practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills - comfortable running business reviews and closing renewal and expansion deals
- High degree of ownership, self-motivation, and resourcefulness
- Bonus: Experience in fintech, wealthtech, or financial services; familiarity with RIAs or broker-dealers
Compensation and Benefits
125K - 170K OTE 75/25 split
