About Persona

Persona is the configurable identity platform built for businesses in a digital-first world. Verifying individuals and organizations is harder — but more important — than ever, with AI enabling fraudsters to launch sophisticated accounts at scale and regulations evolving rapidly.

We’ve built Persona to support practically every use case and industry — that’s why we’re able to serve a wide range of leading companies. For example, Reddit relies on Persona for age assurance and verification to comply with online safety regulations, protecting younger users while maintaining a seamless experience. Meanwhile, OpenAI relies on Persona to keep bad actors out, protecting one of the world’s most powerful AI platforms from large-scale abuse in a time when AI is reshaping the way we work and live.

We’re growing rapidly and looking for exceptional people to join us!

About the Role

This person will own the relationship with leaders at Persona’s existing partners and high-potential revenue-generating Partners, will collaborate with Partner’s go-to-market teams on joint marketing and sales activities to drive sustainable joint revenue growth, and will lead cross-functional account operations and project management activities, internally and externally. Activities will include joint business planning, driving joint marketing activities, monitoring and managing joint sales activity, and project managing the onboarding & enablement of new partners.

This person will work closely with the Partnerships Lead, peers in the Partnerships and Public Sector team, and internal cross-functional team members to build and develop a highly scalable playbook and program that prioritizes joint business growth.

Successful candidates in this role have a blend of commercial skills, general business aptitude, and a track record driving complex cross-functional workstreams. Past experience in tech partnerships, business development, other strategic commercial roles, and/or top-tier consulting/finance roles make for a good team fit.

What you’ll do at Persona
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-impact technology, reseller, and referral partners.

  • Lead joint business planning and execution to drive adoption and revenue growth.

  • Collaborate with Marketing on co-marketing campaigns, events, and content initiatives.

  • Partner with Sales and Solutions to align on pipeline development and partner enablement.

  • Support negotiation of partnership agreements and lead onboarding for new partners.

  • Track and report on key metrics like partner-driven leads, influenced revenue, and activation.

  • Develop and refine playbooks to help scale Persona’s partner program.

What you’ll bring to Persona
  • 4–6 years of work experience, with 2–4 years in partnerships, business development, or strategic go-to-market roles in tech or SaaS.

  • Proven success driving measurable impact through partner-led initiatives.

  • Strong relationship management skills — you’re empathetic, curious, and commercially minded.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

  • A growth mindset — comfortable with ambiguity and excited to build structure in fast-moving environments.

  • Familiarity with identity, fraud, compliance, or trust & safety use cases is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel monthly for partner meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Full-time Employee Benefits and Perks

For full-time employees (excluding internship and contractor opportunities), Persona offers a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, 3% 401(k) contribution, unlimited PTO, quarterly mental health days, family planning benefits, professional development stipend, wellness benefits, among others. While we believe competitive compensation and benefits are a critical aspect of you deciding to join us, we do hope you consider why our core values and culture are right for you.
