Join our mission

We're proud to work with many incredible companies, accelerating their ability to build their products.

We've spent years watching talented engineering teams lose momentum to the same frustrating bottleneck: waiting. Waiting for CI to finish. Waiting for builds to complete. Waiting for tests to run.

After experiencing this pain firsthand at companies of every size, we set out to build the developer infrastructure platform we'd always wanted to use. Something that would seamlessly integrate with our workflows and the tools teams already love—but make everything dramatically faster and more cost-effective.

Today, we're already accelerating hundreds of companies around the world, helping them ship features instead of waiting for infrastructure. We've built something that feels almost magical in its simplicity: change your runs-on line, mount your toolchain cache directory and suddenly your builds are 5x faster.

About the role

At Namespace, we believe the strongest customer relationships are built through trust, responsiveness, and a real understanding of how technical teams operate.

We're looking for an Account Manager who enjoys building long-term relationships with technical customers all over the globe and helping them scale. You'll own inbound customer opportunities from the first conversation through onboarding, while also working closely with existing customers to identify expansion opportunities, support renewals, and grow long-term partnerships.

You'll work closely with our founders and engineering team to ensure customers have an exceptional experience from their first interaction with Namespace through every stage of their journey.

Our culture

We're looking for people with grit—people who push through ambiguity, take ownership, and keep going when things get hard. You're deeply curious, driven to understand how things work and how they can be improved. Most importantly, you have a strong bias to execution: you don't wait for perfect conditions, you ship, learn, and iterate quickly. If you care about building, moving fast, and making real impact, you'll fit right in.

What you'll do
  • Manage customer growth in a usage-based model, staying close to usage trends and translating them into expansion and commercial conversations

  • Bring your experience selling to engineers or technical teams to customer conversations

  • Own inbound customer opportunities from the first conversation onwards

  • Own a portfolio of existing customer accounts, building trusted relationships with engineering teams

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and become a trusted point of contact

  • Drive account growth by identifying expansion opportunities across existing customer accounts

  • Lead commercial conversations around pricing, renewals, contract negotiations, and procurement processes

  • Keep customer accounts organized, proactively following up and driving opportunities to completion

  • Integrate with internal teams to stay close to the product

  • Gather customer feedback and share insights that will help improve our product and customer experience

What we're looking for
  • You have experience working with usage-based pricing models, including managing customer growth and commercial conversations as usage scales

  • You enjoy building relationships and working closely with customers

  • You have experience in account management, customer success, sales or another customer-facing role

  • You’re commercially minded and enjoy identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships

  • You communicate clearly, concisely and confidently with a wide range of stakeholder, and especially technical teams

  • You have an affinity to technologies and are familiar with some technical terms

  • You’re organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities

  • You’re motivated, curious, and excited to learn in a fast-moving environment

  • You enjoy taking ownership and solving problems hands-on

You can expect:

  • Competitive salary and stock options

  • Flexible working hours

  • Market-leading parental leave

Life at Namespace Labs:

  • We pride ourselves in being a small team of experts that can achieve a lot.

  • We balance our long-term vision with short-term pragmatism.

  • We believe in being fully transparent internally on how decisions are made, on how the company is doing, and we use that information to drive our decisions.
