As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team and manage relationships with corporate clients, existing customers, and recurring guests.
About the Role
As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage and strengthen relationships with our existing corporate clients, customers, and recurring guests while identifying opportunities to increase bookings, retention, and overall account value.
You will serve as a key point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring that clients receive responsive, personalized, and high-quality service throughout their relationship with Corporate Stays.
This role combines account management, customer relationship management, sales, retention, and business growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, commercially minded, and comfortable managing multiple client relationships in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned corporate clients, existing customers, and recurring guests.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and ensure timely and professional communication.
- Understand client needs, preferences, travel patterns, and accommodation requirements.
- Proactively follow up with existing clients to encourage repeat bookings and long-term relationships.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Monitor account activity and identify opportunities to increase revenue and booking frequency.
- Prepare customized accommodation options and proposals based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with Reservations, Revenue Management, Guest Experience, and Operations teams to ensure client needs are properly addressed.
- Follow up on inquiries, requests, and open opportunities until they are resolved or converted into bookings.
- Manage client information, communications, activities, and opportunities within HubSpot CRM.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records and ensure all relevant client information is documented.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns or potential issues.
- Support the resolution of client complaints and coordinate internally when escalation is required.
- Develop strategies to improve customer retention and increase repeat business.
- Maintain regular communication with key accounts through email, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
- Identify opportunities to expand relationships with existing corporate clients and introduce additional properties or accommodation solutions.
- Track account performance, bookings, revenue opportunities, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Business Development teams to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing management of newly acquired accounts.
- Meet monthly account management, retention, booking, and revenue targets.
- Provide feedback and insights about client needs, market trends, and opportunities to improve the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Hospitality, Sales, or a related field.
- Intermediate to advanced experience managing client relationships and existing accounts.
- Experience working with corporate clients, business travelers, or hospitality customers is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of customer retention, relationship management, and upselling.
- Experience using CRM platforms; HubSpot is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and client requests simultaneously.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify revenue opportunities.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to customer service.
- Comfortable communicating with clients by phone, email, and video calls.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience working with international teams is an advantage.
