About the Role

The Account Management team plays a vital role in Limble’s growth and in the long-term success of our customers. Account Managers are responsible for a book of existing customers, helping them achieve business goals while expanding their use of Limble.

In this role, you’ll build strong executive relationships, partner with internal teams, and manage the full account lifecycle in order to ensure retention, drive adoption, and identify opportunities for growth. We’re looking for candidates with a proven track record of managing key accounts, building lasting customer relationships, and consistently driving revenue growth in high-growth SaaS organizations.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive account expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and expanding Limble across new locations within your book of business

  • Build and maintain strong executive relationships, positioning Limble as a trusted partner that delivers measurable ROI

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, including leading Executive Business Reviews

  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and other internal teams to ensure growth, enhance the customer experience, and influence roadmap priorities

  • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting in CRM systems to provide visibility into pipeline and growth opportunities.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of quota carrying, SaaS experience in Sales or Account Management with a proven history of exceeding quota and excellent performance

  • Experience in upsell and account expansion forecasting and growth-centric account planning

  • Demonstrated success driving customer account expansion through location or subsidiary acquisition. Track record of proactive outbound prospecting and engagement.

  • Experience with MEDDICC or other sales methodologies

  • Ability to consistently use data, customer stories and demonstrated value to connect with and justify account expansion to senior executives

  • Curious and strategic, with the ability to craft customized insights that promote growth and resonate with senior stakeholders

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable navigating change and ambiguity in a fast-growing organization
