JOB SUMMARY

Provides account support to the Account Management team.  This includes a wide variety of key responsibilities that help maintain and manage the success of our clients.

SCOPE & ACCOUNTABILITY

The role is accountable for maintaining accurate project data, timely communication, and cross‑functional coordination with Sales, Project Management, and various departments. It ensures proactive issue identification and high‑quality documentation to uphold operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist Account Management Team by helping coordinate various projects/orders, reports and communication.
  • Assist Sales and Account Management in generating orders, estimate requests and design requests
  • Generate and process shipping memos and work with shipping department to get out client prototypes and other items
  • Track all jobs booked including budget status on daily report
  • Assist with sales/client correspondence
  • Assist project management team as needed
  • Additional responsibilities, as required, to meet our customers’ requirements, or as assigned by account managers
  • Assist Director of Account Management as Required
  • Possible Store/Site Visits

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

  • Project accuracy rate: 95% of projects/orders entered without errors.
  • On‑time project task completion: 95% of assigned tasks completed by deadline.
  • Order processing turnaround time: Average time to generate estimates, orders, and design requests.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • College Degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Must be detailed and organized.
  • Must have a sense of urgency and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong MS Word and Excel knowledge must be able to create and maintain documents and spreadsheets.
  • Must have strong verbal and writing skills.
  • Must be able to communicate and coordinate activities with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong numerical and mechanical aptitude.
  • Strong reasoning, negotiation and problem-solving skills which includes the ability to be proactive and anticipate potential problems.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Working conditions are in a normal office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, sit, and stand, using hands to handle, finger, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Occasionally, the employee must crouch or kneel. The employee must occasionally exert or lift up to 20 pounds. Successful performance requires good eyesight with or without corrective lenses. Requires long periods of time working at a computer.
