With your expertise in digital channels and campaign management, you will drive the success of client campaigns by effectively activating and leveraging various marketing channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and deliver exceptional results that align with client objectives and maximize return on investment (ROI).

This is a hybrid role based in our Miami or Tampa office, with 2–3 days per week in office.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Digital Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and manage corporate digital, social and executive visibility strategies aligned with client reputation, communications and business objectives.
  • Translate client priorities into clear content pillars, editorial frameworks, platform recommendations and testing plans.
  • Lead executive social audits, competitive benchmarking and content performance analyses.
  • Identify proactive opportunities tied to company news, earned media, industry conversations, cultural moments and platform trends.
  • Recommend how clients and executives should evolve their content, formats and platform presence based on audience and performance insights.

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Own day-to-day execution of executive thought leadership and corporate social programs.
  • Develop content calendars, executive voice guidance, messaging frameworks, briefs and social recommendations.
  • Edit and elevate copy to ensure it reflects executive voice, platform best practices and communications objectives.
  • Guide short-form video strategy, including concepts, prompts, scripts, formats and repurposing opportunities.
  • Oversee content development across copy, design and video and ensure quality and consistency before senior review.
  • Identify repeatable content formats, franchises and creative approaches that can strengthen client visibility over time.

Monitoring, Insights & Optimization

  • Lead ongoing monitoring to identify timely opportunities, emerging conversations and potential reputational risks.
  • Analyze platform and content performance to understand which topics, formats, hooks and creative approaches are driving results.
  • Translate analytics into actionable recommendations around content, cadence, audience, format and testing.
  • Build reporting narratives that connect performance back to client objectives rather than focusing solely on engagement metrics.
  • Stay ahead of platform, creator and AI/search trends and translate them into practical implications for clients.

Integrated Communications & Collaboration

  • Partner closely with PR account leads to integrate digital thinking into earned media, executive positioning and corporate reputation programs.
  • Identify opportunities to amplify earned media through executive, corporate, influencer and paid channels.
  • Manage collaboration across creative, video, influencer, paid and analytics teams.
  • Ensure digital recommendations support and strengthen the broader communications narrative rather than operating as standalone social activations.
  • Understand the role of executive visibility, social content and earned authority in AI and generative search discoverability.

Client & Team Management

  • Serve as the day-to-day digital lead for assigned client workstreams.
  • Lead regular client conversations and confidently present recommendations, strategies and performance findings.
  • Build trusted client relationships and provide proactive digital counsel.
  • Manage AEs and junior team members, providing clear direction, edits, coaching and quality control.
  • Manage timelines, workflow and scope across multiple accounts and proactively flag resourcing or out-of-scope requests.

Here’s what you’ll have:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in channel activation, campaign management, or digital marketing within a digital agency or marketing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, search, display, email, and content marketing.
  • Solid understanding of campaign tracking, measurement, and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize channel performance.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive mindset, staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in channel activation and campaign management.

Why you'll love working here:

  • Competitive salary with comprehensive benefits & wellness programs including partnership with ClassPass!
  • Flexible PTO
  • Summer Fridays and Winter, Spring, and Fall Fridays too!
  • Hybrid work model offering flexibility and work-life balance
