We partner with top airlines like American and Air Canada to offer innovative multimodal connections across North America. • Support payroll by reviewing and recording payroll journal entries, reconciling payroll accounts, and partnering with People Operations on payroll questions
  • Maintain accurate vendor records, including W-9 collection and year-end 1099 reporting
  • Support vendor management, vendor onboarding, and spend tracking
  • Assist the Controller with audits, tax filings, and ad hoc analysis
  • Identify opportunities to improve, document, and automate accounting processes and internal controls

  • Experience payroll functions
  • Solid understanding of GAAP and accounting fundamentals
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with an accounting system or ERP (such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Sage Intacct)
  • Vendor management
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Preferred CPA or progress toward a CPA, and experience in transportation, aviation, or a multi-location business, a plus
