The Accountant manages accounts payable, records transactions, assists in financial closings, and prepares financial statements and budgets.

We are looking for a full-time Accountant based in San Jose.
What you will do:
- Manage Account Payable. Ensure bills are paid on time and accurately.
- Record financial transactions in accordance with US GAAP.
- Assist in monthly and annual closings. Post journal entries for financial adjustment and accruals.
- Assist in preparation of accurate and timely financial statement.
- Assist in monthly financial data analysis and yearly corporation budget planning.
- Cooperate with external auditor and CPA to complete audit, tax returns and other annual tax forms.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in of accounting experience.
- Extensive knowledge of US GAAP.
- Experience with NetSuite (a plus).
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively work cross-functionally.
- Can sponsor various visa types.
- Mandarin is preferred.
Salary Range: Your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. For this position, the reasonably expected pay range is between $80,000 - $125,000 for the level at which this job has been scoped. Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package.
